Store Policies

THE WILDLAND FIREFIGHTER STORE POLICIES

Ordering
Add items to your shopping cart, then proceed to the checkout page. You will be asked to "Logon" as a returning customer or choose the "New Customer" button if it is your first order. Under the General Info page, you will also have the option of selecting your preferred payment method. The default payment method is Credit Card, but you can choose other options using the dropdown menu (right after your password). Please call us (208-336-2996) or email us for assistance if you are having problems.
 
Payment Options

  • Credit Card (default) - Use this option to pay online with a MasterCard or Visa credit card. All information is transmitted using industry standard SSL (secured socket layer). For enhanced security we do not keep your credit card information after processing your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready for shipment.

  • Mail In - Complete your ordering and checkout process (using the Mail In payment option under General Info), then print and mail your order along with your payment to: Wildland Firefighter Foundation, 2049 Airport Way, Boise, Idaho 83705 *Shipping may be delayed until personal checks clear our bank.

Shipping - We provide daily shipping Monday through Saturday. Shipping options are USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping estimates can be displayed using the "Estimate" link under the sub-total in your shopping cart. Shipping outside the United States is available if we are able to verify customers, addresses, and payment information.
 
Refunds
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) We will issue refunds or exchanges for almost any reason within three weeks of the shipping date. If you receive a defective product that somehow made it past our quality control, one that doesn't perform as advertised, is damaged in transit, doesn't fit, or otherwise offends you, please email shop@wffoundation.org or call 208-336-2996 for an RMA and return instructions. We are unable to issue credit or refunds on any merchandise returned without an RMA. Due to the emergency demands of our firefighting customers, we realize there may be times they will be unable to meet the three week deadline for returns. When a customer is unable to request an RMA due to an emergency incident assignment, and can provide documentation of such, we will make exceptions.
 
Privacy - The Wildland Firefighter Foundation Store follows the same strict privacy rules as our main website (www.wffoundation.org) has for over nine years. We are accustomed to receiving very personal information from our website customers, contributors, and users. We have never been accused of breaking our own rules. We will not sell, give, trade, or otherwise release any customer information for any reason. We may occasionally email our own product information if the customer allows that option when establishing their account.
